Bishop DaQuall Graham, Pastor

Bishop DaQuall Graham is a native of Garland, North Carolina. His faith journey began at the Tower of Refuge Church in Greensboro, where he was baptized under the pastorate of the late Elder David Horton at seven years old. He was later saved, mentored, and ordained at Mission Church of Christ under the leadership of Apostle H.A. Moultrie II. Bishop Graham is an ordained Bishop in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Inc.

He is widely recognized as a gifted Bible teacher and evangelist, known for his ability to clearly communicate what the Word of God says and how to apply it in everyday life. With a passion for spiritual and practical education, Bishop Graham brings depth and clarity to his teaching and preaching.

In addition to his ministry, Bishop Graham has an extensive background in education. His professional career spans over two decades in various roles, including teacher, principal, senior director, and now Chief People Officer as a bivocational pastor.

Bishop Graham values faith, family, and service. He is blessed to share life and ministry  with his beloved wife, Sheena Graham. Together, they are the proud parents of a daughter and a son.

Sheena Graham, First Lady

Lady Sheena Graham, a native of Connecticut, was baptized in the name of Jesus and filled with the Holy Ghost under the ministry of her grandfather, the late Bishop William Geddis, Pastor of The New Born Church of God in Newington, CT.

She faithfully serves at Full Deliverance Church with excellence, humility, and a deep passion for women’s ministry and music. With a heart for encouraging others, Lady Graham is dedicated to helping women discover and embrace their God-given purpose, gifts, and callings with joy and confidence.

Lady Graham holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University. She has served in a variety of ministry and leadership roles, including Sunday School teacher, worship leader, workshop coordinator, seminar speaker, and Director of Church Administration. Her ministry is marked by clarity, compassion, and a desire to connect timeless biblical truths with the needs of today’s believers.

She previously served as Director for Multicultural Affairs and Director of the Clarendon Scholars Program at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. Her professional and ministry experience reflect her commitment to education, equity, and spiritual formation.

Lady Graham treasures her faith and her family. She is joyfully married to Bishop DaQuall Graham, and together they are the proud parents of two wonderful children. She has a love for learning, a passion for music, and is an avid reader who continues to grow in wisdom and grace.
